Question with 4 notes
Anonymous asked: Hi! I'm going to Hong Kong this summer in Aug. What do you recommend packing in terms of clothes that will be weather appropriate? Also, can you recommend some good (but not pricey) stores or areas for shopping or HK style food places to try? Thank you!!
Hmmm I get this question like at least twice a month so here’s a quick copy paste:
Shop at Rise Shopping Mall at Granville Circuit, just off Granville Road in Tsim Sha Tsui - such good cheap shopping
- Beverly Center in Causeway Bay (Exit E i think) and Causeway Place just across the street too
- IZZUE, they have a few locations so look it up www.izzue.com
- CHAPEL, this store at the END of granville road
and in terms of malls theres:
- Harbour City, Tsim sha tsui
- Ocean Terminal, tsim sha tsui
- times square, causeway bay,
- IFC, central
- Sogo, causeway bay
- Festival Walk, kowloon city
And finally the weather in August is BRUTAL. Make sure you pack tons of lightweight cotton tops and lots of shorts! Pack some comfy shoes too for all the walking that ur gonna do!
Have funnnn!!!!!
